Programs and Services Offered:
Domestic Violence Support:
Individual support is available by telephone or in person for those who have experienced abuse at home or within a relationship. Services include emotional and practical support, safety planning, information, assistance navigating the justice system, crisis counselling, advocacy and referrals.
Group programs are also available:
- Outreach Drop-in group meets weekly on an ongoing basis, providing information and encouragement to women and men who have been victims of abuse in a relationship.
- Support Group is a 9 week group assisting women toward personal growth as they journey toward living free of violence.

Family Service Regina offers professional counselling services for a variety of issues, including dealing with the effects and aftermath of interpersonal violence. Counselling is available for adults, youth and children.
