Independent Living Program– Provides independent living supports and services to individuals with persistent mental health illnesses.
Vocational Employment Program– Prepares and assists individuals who have difficulty obtaining and/or maintaining employment.
Senior Mobility– Provides low cost transportation to seniors in Yorkton.
Adolescent Group Home– A six bed group home for youth ages 12-18 that are involved with family and youth services.
Sexual Assault Counselling Program– A specialized counselling program for women, men, youth and children who have been victims of sexual abuse and for those who offer support to victims of sexual abuse.
Family Support Program– Provides in-home parenting supports to families and children.
Parent Mentoring Program– An early intervention program providing supports and education to new or expecting parents.
Counselling Support– confidential counselling for adults, teens, children, couples, and families.
Acquired Brain Injury Independent Living Program-Assists individuals living with an acquired brain injury to live as independently as possible utilizing a person centred approach.
Before and After School Programs– Offered at M.C. Knoll, St. Michael`s, Yorkdale and St. Paul`s Schools and provides a safe and fun place for children to go before and after school.
Financial Trustee– Assists individuals who have financial difficulties, may not understand how to budget, advocate on behalf of the individual and connect them to supplements and supports that they may be unaware of.
Family Violence Program– provides counselling and supports to adults and youth who have experienced family violence.
Youth Life Skills Program– Provides youth, ages 12-18, a safe and supportive environment to help them further develop skills to overcome barriers, develop positive relationships and to promote wellness.
Family Preservation Program– Intensive in-home supports for families and children involved with family and youth services.
SIGN Early Learning Centre– Provides a 45 space, licensed and subsidized childcare centre structured to encourage and promote the development of the individual child, particularly in the areas of physical, emotional, cognitive, language and social skills.
Triple P Positive Parenting Program– Provides parents the skills needed to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers, and to build stronger family relationships. It assists parents in managing behaviours in children and teenagers and to prevent them from occurring in the future.
Kamsack Family Resource Centre– A gathering place where families, with children pre-natal to age five, can attend programming offered through a number of service providers. The primary focus of the Centre is on promoting and teaching healthy childhood development and positive parenting skills.
