Women’s Shelters Canada just released their fourth national survey of transition houses and shelters serving women and children affected by violence against women and intimate partner violence.
This is a one-day snapshot from 193 shelters across the country and offers a sense of the hopes, challenges, and experiences of shelter workers and the women they serve. The 2017 edition of Shelter Voices also focuses on perpetrators’ misuse of technology to harm and harass women, youth, and children.
