Getting Out Guide and Safety Planner

Mar 29, 2021

The Getting Out Guide will help you identify the signs of intimate partner violence and how to leave a dangerous situation.

The Safety Planner offers guidance on what to take with you, where you can go, and who you can contact for help.

When you click on the links above the Getting Out Guide and Safety Planner will open as a PDF that you can view or download to your device. You can also view the Getting Out Guide and the Safety Planner online at violencelink.ca/go.

PATHS worked on the Getting Out Guide and Safety Planner with our partners at the Saskatchewan SPCA and STOPS to Violence.
