Job Posting: Operations and Training Co-ordinator for PATHS

About us:

The Provincial Association of Transition Houses and Services of Saskatchewan (PATHS) is the member association for agencies that provide emergency and second stage shelter and counseling services to individuals impacted by intimate partner and family violence in Saskatchewan. We support our members through research, training and providing opportunities for peer support.  We work to create safer communities by working with community agencies and government, and providing public education on the issue of violence against women. PATHS office is located in Regina.

As Operations and Training Co-ordinator for PATHS you will:

  • Plan, schedule and co-ordinate travel and logistics for meetings and other events
  • Have knowledge and skills related to office and administrative procedures and protocols
  • Have a demonstrated ability to use a wide variety of computer applications
  • Be responsible for marketing, scheduling, and registrations for PATHS training
  • Be attentive to detail, and have excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Provide support to PATHS projects as directed

Other skills that would be an asset:

  • Knowledge of the dynamics of intimate partner violence
  • Graphic design
  • Social media
  • Public speaking
  • Website maintenance/tech skills
