An exciting new initiative!
Our friends at Family Service Regina are excited to announce a new no-cost group workshop, Compass, launching February 10th, 2026.
Compass is a 6-week, closed, supported group facilitated by our Early Intervention team. The program is designed for male or male-identifying individuals who recognize challenges in their relationships and may be at risk of using harmful or abusive behaviours.
Participation is voluntary, and the group provides a respectful, supportive environment focused on learning, reflection, and personal growth.
Participants will be invited to explore their values, increase understanding of the impact of abusive behaviors, embrace accountability, and build skills that support healthier relationships. The group is grounded in compassion and the belief that individuals are capable of meaningful and lasting change.
