PATHS is undertaking a research project to document the experiences of survivors of intimate partner violence in Saskatchewan when interacting with the legal system. We are conducting two surveys:
1. For women in Saskatchewan who have experienced, or are currently experiencing, violence or abuse from an intimate partner and have had contact with the legal system (including police, criminal and family court, family dispute resolution, and child protection).
2. For service providers in Saskatchewan who work with victims/survivors who have experienced violence or abuse from an intimate partner and have had contact with the legal system.
