Programs & Implementation Coordinator

Full-time term | Regina, SK | Hybrid | Travel throughout Saskatchewan

PATHS is looking for a highly organized, relationship-focused Programs & Implementation Coordinator who can help turn plans into action across our growing portfolio of programs, training and sector initiatives.
This role is a good fit for someone who loves making things happen: keeping projects moving, organizing the details, building relationships, solving problems, and turning plans into well-run programs and activities. Training and facilitation are an important part of the role, and the successful candidate will have opportunities to build toward a stronger facilitation role with PATHS over time.

About the role

Working directly with the Executive Director and closely with PATHS’ staff across programs, research, training, and digital learning, the Coordinator will support implementation across initiatives, including Safe & Together, SK CAP and other funded projects/programs. The role combines cross-project coordination, administration, travel, stakeholder follow-up, training logistics, implementation support and facilitation support.

What you’ll do

● Keep project workplans, timelines, action items and documentation organized and moving.
● Coordinate training logistics, registrations, travel, venues, materials, participant communication and follow-up.
● Support meetings, Communities of Practice, regional implementation activities and partner engagement.
● Provide strong administrative support across projects and help create practical systems that make the team’s work easier.
● Support virtual and in-person training delivery, including technology set-up and session logistics.
● Co-facilitate presentations and training and build toward independently delivering PATHS content over time.
● Track participation, evaluations and project information and support routine reporting.
● Travel across Saskatchewan to support training and implementation.

What we’re looking for

● Excellent organization and follow-through. You notice details, keep track of moving pieces and do not need constant reminders.
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
● Comfort speaking with groups and genuine interest in developing as a facilitator.
● Strong digital skills, including DropBox, PowerPoint, Canva, Eventbrite, Google Workspace, Zoom and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to independently create presentations, manage registrations/forms, organize shared documents and calendars, support virtual training and troubleshoot routine technology issues.
● Ability to work independently, solve problems and shift between priorities.
● Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in social work, human services, adult education, community development, justice, project/program coordination or a related field.
● Knowledge of gender-based violence, intimate partner violence, child protection or related systems is an asset.
● Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel regularly throughout Saskatchewan, including overnight travel.

Position details

● Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
● Term position through March 31, 2027.
● Possibility of extension depending on future funding and organizational needs.
● Regina-based hybrid work arrangement with regular office/team presence.
● Annualized salary range: $55,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
● Regular provincial travel, including occasional overnight travel.

About PATHS

The Provincial Association of Transition Houses and Services of Saskatchewan (PATHS) is the provincial member association for organizations that provide intimate partner and family violence services across Saskatchewan. Our members include emergency and second-stage shelters, counselling centres, and other organizations supporting survivors of intimate partner violence.

PATHS works with members, governments, researchers and community partners to address and prevent intimate partner and family violence through training, research, public education, resource development, advocacy and systems-level collaboration. We provide a collective voice for our members and contribute expertise to provincial policy, practice and public conversations related to gender-based violence.

Founded in 1984, PATHS has more than 40 years of experience supporting Saskatchewan’s sheltering and anti-violence sector. Our vision is a society free from intimate partner and family violence.

PATHS is based in Regina and works with organizations and communities across Saskatchewan.
